KILEY MEETS SANTA CLAUSE
Greg Kiley and I went to the Festival of Trees on Thursday Night with My family. It was so much fun to be able to go again after 6 years. It has been a tradition to go every year since I was a little girl and because I have been away for so long I have never been in town when it was going on. Kiley was such a trooper she didn't get to eat her dinner until around 8:oo which is her bed time and she didn't even get to go to bed until 10:45 but she never was fussy once she just looked around at all the pretty Christmas Trees. Kiley got to sit on Santa's lap for the first time and she was full of smiles. When It was time to get her off his lap she had a hold of his beard and I was tempted to let her pull it down, but there were just to many little kids around so I didn't have the heart. Greg and I have been talking about buying a Christmas tree each year from the festival when we got back to Utah so we started this year with our first. We started out small though apparently one of the trees sold for 25 thousand dollars. ya we can't afford that but we started our donations this year by buying a small tree. we were pretty excited. we pick it up tomorrow night so I will post a picture of it later. anyway it was a lot of fun to go again and to pick up the tradition once again.
